Treasure Data…About to Change the Big Data Game

On September 27th, Treasure Data will formally launch the Cloud Data Warehousing solution, and the big data game will be changed for good.

Big data analytics will no longer be a rich man’s game, only available to companies with deep pockets and access to top talent. Here are the two fundamental game changers: open source and the cloud. We will bring these forces together to put big data analytics in the reach of any company that needs them.

As we approach this milestone, I want to acknowledge our core team – Kaz, Sada, Muga, Taka, Steve Gross, Steve Mock, Kiyoto, Rob, and our invaluable mentor Bill – who have worked tirelessly for the last year to get us to this point.

Like all other start-ups, our team members have put their heart and soul into this project. Unlike many other startups, when we launch Treasure Data, we will launch with many live customers, including a Fortune Global 500 company, and business partners who are deeply respected in their industries. Also, we are incredibly lucky to have great investors who believe in us.
